Ordering
You may order online with a credit card through our secure site. Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted at our online store; Discover and American Express are also accepted in our physical store located at 103 Student Union on the campus. Please check all your items when they arrive for accuracy. Discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping
We ship by UPS, a street address is required. We do not ship to addresses outside the U.S. Your order will ship the same day if placed before 2 pm. Orders placed after 2pm will ship on the next business day. We process and ship orders from Monday through Friday except during holidays and University recesses. You will receive a tracking number where available to track your order. In the event of a delay in shipping, we will notify you.

NY State Tax
NYS tax will be applied to all purchases shipped to a NYS address. Current Erie County and NYS takes will be applied and itemized upon checkout. NYS does require taxt to be charged on shipping costs within NYS.

Returns
Your purchases are guaranteed 100%. You may return any item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service department for an Return Authorization Number (RAN). Merchandise must be returned in original condition and appropriate packaging to insure it arrives in good condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Where an item is received damaged a return pickup ticket may be issued.
